we do

We sell opportunity!

Our biogas products are not only affordable, mobile, unique, and durable – they turn their users into entrepreneurs. Whoever decides to become a biogas producer by investing in (B)energy’s biogas technology, invests in an environmentally friendly future.  They become not only a biogas user, but also a biogas provider for others. Producing more biogas than their own family needs for consumption allows them to make an income through the sale of biogas. This allows the biogas investment to pay off more creates a small business.  All of this is made possible through the unique biogas portability feature provided by our products.

it works

From waste to energy

???????????????????????????????

From organic waste (e.g.animal dung, kitchen waste, human faeces, agricultural residues) and a liquid (water, waste water, urine) a viscous substrate is mixed and fed to the (B)plant. The produced biogas flows directly into a (B)pack, where it is stored until it is transported and used.

To substitute most of your cooking fuel by biogas you should have, for example, 15 kg of cow dung (night dung of 2 cows) and the same amount of waste water (e.g.from kitchen, clothes washing, cleaning). Under sunny weather conditions your (B)plant will produce about 1 (B)pack full of biogas, which will serve you for 3-4 h cooking. The 20 L of bio-slurry are a valuable organic fertilizer, which can be applied to plants directly, or it can be composted with orther organic material or dried.

But: you don’t need a farm – even with the dung of one goat or a toilet and some kitchen waste you can produce enough biogas to reduce your energy expenses – even in the city.

it matters

From a “save the climate” perspective: If a fuel wood or charcoal user switches to biogas, the effects on environment and human health are immediate: no more tree logging or combustion of available organic matter, no transport of heavy wood bundles, no smoke/indoor air pollution in kitchens, less need for mineral fertilizer, better sanitation and hygiene… From a “change the world” perspective – or why it matters how our technology is brought to the market: Change can only happen from within! A development in the energy field, we believe, can only sustainably take place when the benefit for the individual is great enough for it to make the necessary effort to get access to it. In (B)energy’s case this means customers need to buy our technology with their own money. The business opportunities we create are designed to empower people, make them independent, let them gain faith in their own capability of solving their energy struggle with their own means, and eventually facilitate feelings of dignity and pride. We believe that these effects are better achieved through business opportunities than through charity.
